What belongs here

Profiles, Playbooks, notes, professional signals, and submissions should help people understand a resource or workflow. Contributions should be relevant, accurate to the contributor’s knowledge, specific enough to review, and shared with the necessary rights and permissions.

What does not belong

• harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, doxxing, or impersonation;
• spam, undisclosed promotion, fabricated testimonials, deceptive links, or attempts to manipulate catalog visibility;
• malware, credential theft, evasion instructions, or content intended to compromise people or systems;
• content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
• unlawful content or conduct; and
• materially false, misleading, irrelevant, duplicative, or unverifiable submissions.

How review works

We use administrator-managed keyword and domain rules, secure link validation, and—when configured—specialized providers that can identify harmful text, malicious destinations, unavailable videos, spam, or weak relevance. These systems create signals and may hold an exact content revision for human review; they do not automatically punish an account. An administrator may approve a false positive without disabling the underlying rule.

We may approve, edit, merge, decline, label, unpublish, archive, or remove content, as well as request changes. For submissions, the member can see a private status such as pending, approved, merged, or declined and may receive a reviewer note. We consider context, severity, intent, pattern, potential harm, and whether a narrower action can address the issue.

Blocking and account action

Members may block another member to suppress eligible relationship identities and prevent prohibited social interactions. We do not reveal whether a block exists, and blocking cannot prevent someone from viewing otherwise-public content while signed out. Repeated or serious violations may lead to signal removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination under the Terms of Use. We may act without advance notice when reasonably necessary to address fraud, harassment, security threats, unlawful conduct, manipulation, or imminent harm.

Reports and reconsideration

Use a resource’s correction flow for catalog errors and available in-product reporting controls for content or conduct concerns. You may also email moderation@startupworker.com with the URL, a concise explanation, and supporting context, or use that address to ask us to reconsider a decision. We will review good-faith requests, but do not guarantee a particular result or response time.
